These heavy-duty harsh environment hinges have been designed for corrosion resistance. They are made from self-colour composite material with a trivalent coated steel pin with ‘o’ rings to stop dirt and debris from entering. None handed.

  • Moulded for strength and good appearance. Trivalent coated steel pin, with ‘o’ ring fitted.
  • Hinge opens fully forwards to 180°, backwards to 70° from vertical.
  • fixing by two threaded studs, 16mm x M8 on each leaf.
  • Black, self -coloured with fine textured finish.
  • PA6 Nylon with 30% Glass-Fill Strengthening, UV Stabilised.
  • Axial loading: 2.8 KN (max advised) - Radial loading: 2.42 KN (max advised) Endurance testing to 60,000 cycles.
