The door hinge is made in composite materials and incorporates an investment-cast base-plate for welding onto door frames. The complete hinge is over 300mm in total width and is an example of the structures, which can be made in high strength moulded materials.

By providing a deeper, longer case and relocating the lock cylinder, these ‘paddles’ allow easy and unimpeded access by a gloved hand. They are highly suited to larger doors and heavy items of plant.

This 490 x 190mm vinyl sun visor has an incorporated dual pen holder. The assembly joints are torqued to prevent the sun visor falling down when negotiating rough terrain.
